Biographical/Historical note
The standard 22 x 17" format poster began to be produced annually in 1941. Prior to that, occasional yearly announcements and/or concert calendars were made on paper of various sizes. Starting with the 35th camp season in 1962, both the National Music Camp and the Interlochen Arts Academy were advertised on the same poster.

General Physical Description note
There are two full sets of posters housed flat in portfolio binders, and one incomplete set housed (folded-up) in archival file folders and box. The folded set consists of two copies of each poster unless otherwise indicated.
